1. Acceptance

By using the Sonitus application or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. License Grant

Upon valid payment and activation, Kelthos grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-device license to use the Sonitus application. This license is:

Lifetime licenses: Valid indefinitely on the activated device
Annual licenses: Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, renewable

3. Single-Device Binding

Each license is cryptographically bound to one device upon activation. The license cannot be transferred to another device without authorization from Kelthos support. License transfer is available upon request with proof of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are made via the Solana blockchain. All sales are final. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through support@kelthos.com.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the license verification system
Share, sell, or distribute license keys
Attempt to forge activation tokens or bypass device binding
Use automated tools to generate fraudulent purchase requests

6. No Warranty

Sonitus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kelthos does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the software will meet all your specific requirements. We do commit to fixing critical bugs and releasing updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelthos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Sonitus.

8. Updates

Kelthos may release updates to the Sonitus application. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates at no additional cost. Annual license holders receive updates during their active license period.

9. Termination

Kelthos may terminate a license if the user violates these terms, particularly regarding attempts to circumvent the licensing system. In such cases, no refund is provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
